Swindon - Old Town Surgery
The new purpose built Old Town Surgery was opened in September 2008.
Patients can be seen at this modern, well-equipped practice for their initial consultation, investigations and any necessary follow-up appointments.
Those patients requiring surgery are currently treated at Tetbury Community Hospital, transport will be provided where necessary.
Ample free parking is available at both Old Town Surgery and Tetbury Hospital.
