I have been a full-time Consultant since 2013 and took up my post as a Consultant Colorectal and General Surgeon at Kettering General Hospital (Northamptonshire) in 2017. I am a formally trained expert in keyhole hernia surgery. I have performed more than 500 hernia procedures which include open, keyhole and local anaesthetic techniques.
Areas of interest
I have a special interest in inguinal hernia repair, groin hernias, groin surgery and umbilical hernias, plus gall bladder surgery, abdominal surgery, laparoscopic (key-hole) procedures include gallstones/gall bladder and laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair.
My sub-specialist interest is a minimally invasive treatment for bowel cancer and inflammatory bowel disease.
