Mr Marzook’s current practice is in general surgery with benign UGI surgery as sub-speciality. He has a special clinical interest in hernia surgery and this includes groin hernias and complex ventral hernias. Himaz performs groin hernias both laparoscopically as well as open surgery. He develops patient confidence and satisfaction by discussing the procedure and mesh implants in detail prior to operations. His passion for hernia surgery has resulted in an excellent outcome and a high degree of satisfaction in patients. Himaz also conducts courses accredited by the Royal College of Surgeons in Hernia surgery for Registrars.
