Tom Cahill

Tom qualified in 1988 from Charing Cross and Westminster Medical School London University. He enjoyed a few years in hospital medicine including a year abroad in New Zealand. After a couple of years training in anaesthetics Tom took a career change and turned to training in General Practice.

Tom has been a partner in the Frome Medical Practice for 27 years and has specialised in musculoskeletal medicine, minor operations and vasectomies plus migraine and headaches and clinical trials. He has now taken another road and has resigned as a partner to work independently doing a mixture of general practice and vasectomy work.

He is interested in volunteer expedition work as a doctor and has taken a group to Everest Base Camp and on a cycling expedition to Kerala in India.

He is married with 3 children and loves all sports but plays mainly golf and tennis
