The Friends and Family Test
This is a national feedback tool that all NHS patients are asked to complete after treatment, we’d be very grateful for your comments. If you have signed up for text reminders, you will receive a link to the questionnaire with 24 hours of your appointment. Feedback can also be given at any time by scanning the QR code featured on posters around the some sites or by using the link here to provide feedback on your experience.
